What's the agreement next to these 100% juice that are from concentrate? What do they put contained by the concentrate module?
Answers: Juice manufacturers use liquid concentrates for several reasons. They are cheaper to ship than unbroken juices. They hang on to better than whole juice. They allow other manufacturerss to make their own juice when there are no sources of the fruit neighbouring.
For the last 10 years or so, liquid labels within the US have be required to put the percent of juice on the sticky label of their products. They are allowed to say it is 100% liquid if they reconstitute it to what it would have be if it were a organic juice.
So liquid from concentrate is the real piece, and probably less expensive than a liquid that is direct from the source.
Be guarded, though. Some manufactures enjoy used the regulation to label their products as 100% liquid when they have in actual fact added sweeteners to it. One of the most common sweeteners is concentrated grape liquid. They also use juices from other sweet fruits. Check the sticky label.
Nutritionists are starting to frown on fruit juices contained by children because of the sugar content. Most juice are from concentrate. Basically, it comes to them concentrated and they add river to it. There's nothing else surrounded by the concentrate part but liquid that has smaller quantity water within it than normal liquid.
