I think I hold a torn knee ligament, I never go to get it checked rationale I dont have insurance but its be about a year very soon and it's not the same i can run but cant pivot, and if I do it'll consistency like it pop incompatible will that heal by itself and how long will it give somebody a lift or do I definetly have to gain surgeory?
