Tired but cant sleep?

This has be going on for a long time. I feel tired but I basically cant get myself to tip out asleep. My theories are
1. I can't sleep because I have immensely bad anxiety right in a minute and my mind seems to other be "racing"
2. Im a very busy person (average of 2 hours of "cardio" per day) could that be whats cause isomnia because of "overactivity?"
3. Meds: I take Zoloft, Lamictal, Xanax, Allegra, and Gabitral.
Any suggestion?
