I am a 15 year smoker?

I smoke a pack to 2 packs a afternoon.
I light my first cig in 10 minutes of when i wake up and appear to smoke about every 15 to 30 minutes adjectives day every hours of daylight.
I want to quit so bad and hold tried the patch for the full session twice, it did not help me beside the withdrawl and cravings.. I have not tried the gum but conjure up it wouldnt work if the patch didnt work..
Does anyone know of anything stronger.. a perscription medication or something that helps those who are SO hooked by ciggs..
And if your going to leave me comments close to "Your an idiot for smoking" Dont bother.. i already have established that..
thankfulness anyways..
but i need actual advice.. its doing a number on my lungs and iv stopped excersizing due to breathing problems. also some mornings my underarms and lungs and artery surrounded by my neck hurt terribly bad..
please agree to me know of anything you know to stop smoking or any testimonials would be great. thanks


Answers:    Just stop smoking today. That's the agency my girlfriend did it. If you have a strong mind you can do it.
Go camp in the middle of nowhere for 2 weeks, and don't bring a single cigarette near you.
