How do I not grasp sick human being within sickness-infested areas?

Every time I've ridden a Greyhound bus for more than, say, 3 hours (three times, this have happened) I get sick afterwards - coughing, sneezing, headache. I don't have asthma or anything similar to that - they're just dirty places. I'm going on another bus this weekend; how do I get by not to get sick during it, aside from wearing a breathing concealing outfit and drinking a lot of ginger juice?

Answers:    Every time I fly I enjoy the same problem. Get some Airborne. You can buy it at your local pharmacy. Take it until that time you get on the plane and after you carry off or at lowest every 4 hours. It really does work to help hold the colds at bay. Give it a try. It worked for me.
