Horrible cough.. sore throat.. serve me?

Okay, I was diagnosed next to panic disorder not too long ago, and I am massively depressed so I really havent been going anywhere for times past week straight. I might go to my friends house or jump outside to smoke a ciggarette, but thats it. Oh, and I live in Michigan (which its cold!) Anyways, I hold a really bad cough, it feel like within is water surrounded by my throat so I keep coughing to try to catch it out, and my throat kind of get itchy. So now, after coughing adjectives day today and slice of yesturday, my throat is really hurting me. I plan on going to the doctors tommarow, but is there anything I can do immediately. Or does anyone know what this might be? I don't have a hallucination, my temperature is 97.8F.
Oh! And it hurts to breathe and I receive chest pain, but I've read a couple books and they voice that its because of the panic attacks/anxiety. And I also own been really cold lately, I sleep next to 3 blankets! I'm worried that its something like broncitus or anything but I dont have a confusion. Anyone have suggestions?


Answers:    ive have this before.... and i smoke.. try to smoke smaller quantity.. it does help.. because the smoke irritates the throat and it will not treat because it is scratched from coughing... medicine will relieve, especially if its a spray that you can apply on the throat to make it numb... but heres the trick.. nought will ever work faster and better than a big shot of honey and lime mixed together... all that vitamin c and other accurate stuff will kill the germs really expeditious.. try it urself ... feel better :)

You've got a few things going on right presently. A panic disorder is no banter, nor is depression. Your immune system is suffering because of this. Also, you're still smoking because you think it calm your nerves, I'm guessing. Well, sorry, it doesn't. A nice cup of peppermint tea will do a better job ... and it will soothe your throat too.

If you're not running a confusion, there's good accident all you hold is a doozy of a cold. We all attain those. Try not to read too much into it all.

If you can return with Cold-FX tablets where you live, impart them a try. If not, take echinacea and/or zinc tablets. Also, sort a hot cup of tea with lemon and honey several times a afternoon. Hot drinks (non alcoholic) will make you have a feeling better. You can't get too lots of them in certainty.

Gargle with thaw out salt marine if you want. Anything warm will abet.

I won't nag about the smoking. But I really want to. Biting my tongue here ... Be in good health!
