Does circumcision allow more growth of the penis?

In comparison to those non-circumcised, is it possible that those without circumcision does not own more potential of full growth because there is an overlap of skin covering the guide of the penis?

Its an assumption because the skin is obstructing the penis, thus not allowing it to grow out.

Answers:    THE FIRST CIRCUMCISION WAS DONE BY ABRAHAM AS A BLOOD COVENANT WITH GOD. THE FORESKIN WAS CONSIDERED SOMETHING OF NO VALUE. IT IS OFTEN SAID THAT A PENIS WHICH HAS BEEN CIRCUMCISED IS LONGER. PEOPLE WHO HAVE THIS DONE DO NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH INFECTIONS AND CLEANLINESS THAT UNCIRCUMCISED MEN HAVE.
The skin is not an obstacle, it grows along with the penis.

Jackie S: I'm uncut, and within my 34 years i've never had an infection or a hygiene issue. The nouns between hygiene and circumcision is false, it's just as comfortable to clean an uncut penis as the skin moves posterior.
Any uncut man who has have a penile hygiene issue was probably lately an unclean brand of person anyway, and he would own been lately as unclean even if he have been cut.
Sorry, I don't there's anything to that. The skin doesn't really block the penis's growth at adjectives. It's just loose skin over the skipper of the penis.
