How do I get hold of a doctor's data for diarrhea?
The manager be kinda ticked off, since apparently two or three other citizens called contained by sick today, so he told me I needed to provide a doctor's note if not he'd mark it down as a no-call-no-show.
Now, I'd hold no problem providing one to him... if I knew how to move about about doing it. I don't hold any medical insurance, and even if I did, what would I do? Say, "Hay doc! I've got the runs! Mind writing up a make a note of to tell my employer I'm not BSing him?".

You don't have to do this. You call in sick. Your examiner can't threaten you with a no call-no show basically because he's upset. You DID call.
Take thoroughness of yourself first. Write down the date, time and exactly what was said by both you and the chief. If your manager follows through next to his threat there must be someone complex up on the ladder you can report this to.
There should be a clinic that you can step to that offers low cost strength care. They would write it for you. Or walk to the ER.
