I have terribly swollen glans, swollen throat feeling and my body is incredibly scrawny. . . im very lathargic even though i hold been have plenty of sleep. My dad had some of these symptoms ( along beside others) and now be told he had a bacterial infection . . . do my symptoms nouns like a bacterial infection? Or something else ? Any design? Answers:    I would bet beyond a shadow of a doubt that you have mono. No situation if you sleep 20 hours- you are still exhasted. Plug your symptoms into this web site below- it help me out a lot. Once you seize it, it lays dormant in your body- so techniquilly u can't receive it from anyone again, but if you get another bacterial virus- it can sometimes reactivate it. It could be glandular fever. I have it a few years back. It take a little while to find all the symptoms but they are:
Swollen glands, Very sore throat too sore to chomp through, very sleepy- sleep most of daytime every day, one lung become enlarged for a while, glands under your arms can find swollen, same with pelvis
