Answers: Drink some reheat milk. Other foods with the ingredient that make you tired (tryptophan) are peanuts, eggs, turkey, yogurt, salmon, chicken , and sunflower seeds. But right immediately, try the warm milk.
If this keep up, your doctor can prescribe one of three new medication that help you crash asleep.(And they're not habit-forming!) They are Lunesta, Rozerem, and Ambien CR. (The CR helps you tumble asleep and STAY asleep. I don't know if you need that.
