How should I ground when falling from a stepladder?
Should I try landing on my foot, land similar to a cat, land on my sides? Which would create smaller amount injury? (I'm going to fall on tricky concrete!)
Weird question but I own my house to re-paint.
Answers: Side could be safest. Not being rude, but if you hold natural lining that will help. Land on your foot you risk damage to both your legs and your spine.
This may nouns impossible, but relax. haha I know, but a woman I know was insensible drunk when she feel from six stories up (yes, you read right), and because her body be totally relaxed, she broke noly a few bones. When you contract, you are much more fulnerable to breaking and unjuring yourself - this makes sense, approaching the difference between a vase and a jelly. So, when you fell, avoid falling on your subsidise, try falling on the more repairable places, like your arm, conspicuously not on your head, but don't nouns. Because there's absolutely nil you can do to help falling very soon, right? So, just realx and soak up the ride hahaha
