Can anyone tell me when you cough and the flem is white and runnie. Is it everyday to hold?
Answers: Coughing and runny nose indicate adjectives colds or allergies. Esp if the phlegm is white. This indicate zero infection -where the secretion is yellow , and tacky and copious.
This is normal phlegm. Not sure why you are going to the doc though as in that is nothing he can do for a cold.
