Is food or sleep the key factor surrounded by growth during puberty?

i heard sleep is the key factor, correct me


Answers:    I actually hear on TV that sleep is very influential at this time because the brain is going through a growth spurt. not that it actually is growning larger but branching out. I do know that proper vigour from diet...excersise and sleep are all hugely crucial for us all. also....if u don't excersise after u begin to loose bone density which never can be returned again but just can be maintained.
I hear the same article. They say to be exact why teenagers have such atypical sleeping hours - like sleeping partly the day and still going to bed at a regular hour.
