Answers:    make sure he drinks ample fluids to stay hydrated.. but not just wet.. other fluids too like liquid or gatorade so he doesn't dilute his electrolytes.

tell him to play next to some glow sticks within the dark and listen to some music near good beat.. stay cool and don't get overheated.. and chew some gum because he is going to want to clench his teeth.. his jaws will be sore tomorrow. a mould would also be good for him because the ecstacy may trade name his muscle pretty tense.

who the heck give someone ecstacy and tells them its tylenol anyway? (and who give away ecstacy for free? that shiz is expense.. or at least it be back within the day.. i don't know what the bazaar is like in a minute.)

the main entry is that i hope your friend doesn't like it too much and want to do it again. i don't recommend doing rhapsody in the first place but doing it abundantly can cause lasting brain damage and you can cessation up on major antidepressants for existence.. that is, if you don't die from ecstacy first.

and stay away from whoever is hand that shiz out. that person is a discouraging influence. trust me.
