Panic attacks?

I have frenzy attacks just as my husband does. Everytime I seem to own one it seems to trigger him past its sell-by date. At first I thought he was putting it on. Now I'm not so sure.
I know how to business with mine, but when I try to aid him it doesnt work... How can I help him? technique, ideas, anything?
