What do you do when you receive wacky to steady down?
Answers: I enjoy a bad anger too! I take a cavernous breath and watch something funny on T.V. This will backing you relax and laugh a bit : ) Then I reflect on what exactly made me upset. Sometimes you'll realize it's not so discouraging and things will look a little brighter after that! I hope this help : )

I step put money on from the situation. Breathe... and just realize that within a week from now, I probably won't caution about doesn`t matter what it is that I'm freaking out about. I suffer from PMDD, and bring back super emotional and angry, but I hold to just remember that it's not worth it.
