So all final night my stomach be hurting. Today if I at anything about an hour after my stomach would cramp resembling no tommarow. I havent changed any eating behaviour. So ive been drinking like I customarily do. And I have be having really desperate diareah today. I took some Pepto-Bismol and that didnt help. So unsophisticatedly if I eat or drink anything my stomach starts hurting. Even if I drink freshly water. What could be wrong?
