Wierd Stomach Problem?
Anyways i've had a fruitless stomach problem back surrounded by the summer. I've had to treaty with heartburn when i ate consistent foods, dark brown or some what reading light tarry bowels or what not but after awhile i took medicine from a prescribed doctor and it be gone i think. Now everyday i quality like its still at hand. It was'nt a diaganosed ulcer contained by my stomach when they did the blood test nonetheless i dunno whats wrong. I eat during breakfast approaching cereal etc. school is a drag so i just buy snacks etc, then i jump to the store for some stuff and cook food around the house. The only piece that bothers me is how my stomach is sometimes. When i'm hungry or when i eat it feel abit different. And i've been doing regular and alittle misty bowels too. Any suggestions on fixing this irregularity or what not?. Is it just me that i acquire the pain near? or do you always grasp it if you don't eat?
Answers: Always put away on time. Small frequent feedings would be honourable. Avoid coffee, softdrinks and alcohol. You're probably producing lots of acid contained by your stomach or mucosal protection is weak. Not ingestion and certain foods and medication (pain killers and steroids) can trigger sour production or weaken the stomach's protection. Too much tart can damage your stomach/duodenal inside layer and produce ulcer and if it hits a blood vessel, it could bleed and digestion of the blood cause the dark stools. Follow up beside your doctor. You might have to whip meds (antacids / h2-receptor antagonist / proton pump inhibitors) again or possibly undergo endoscopy to properly diagnose and treat the ulcer.
Slowly introduce more fiber into your diet and cut out greasy foods
eat baked and respectable foods only
not a full lot of sugar either
My brother have a similar problem. He quite consumption red meat. He became drastically better.
