Any support for 3 months of continous headache. Had MRI's, no elevated blood pressure, zilch any doctors hold
Answers: And they don't detect anything? Doesn't sound flawless. I've heard of this near Sinus problems. See an allergist. Also, I had a friend who have vertigo. She described it the same approach as you did. Especially the lying down flat part. I don't infer they can see it in an MRI but can provide drug for it. The medicine have side-effects though. Check into it.
Food Allergy? It may be something you've eaten for years and presently your body is having a counterattack in the form of a headache. I can not guzzle pork because it gives me a ghastly headache - which is fine since I don't care for pork much, but explicitly something that just started stirring a couple of years ago.
Try keeping a food diary then shift to an allergist and get tested.
