Besides stress?
Besides not doing it?
Answers: Getting a shoulder or head work can often lend a hand relieve the symptoms (to almost non-existence...), but will probably not completely get rid of them.
Not sure if you can evaluate the cause and see if you can't do something about reducing the explanation (even if you can't eliminate adjectives together).
You may also find that a lot of what you may consider to be a stress headache could possibly be posture related - it is worthwhile doing an ergonomics check on your workstation (even if it is only just at home....), and ensuring that if you are working for more than 2 hours at a time on a computer that you are following appropriate ergonomics practices.
I recently be having headache with what I thought be stress, redid my chairs position at work, and it's turned out that I just didn't enjoy my chair in synch correctly all along.
Just yesterday, my partner have what she thought was a stress headache, we go for a run together and it was gone by the time we get home - heading out, she thought there be no way she be going to be able to do it, but she pushed for possibly 5 minutes, and the pain starting reducing, and by the time we get home from a 45 min run, the headache was completely gone.
So, the long answer is: check your posture etc. The short answer is: procure a massage and jump for a run! :-)
