I started a diet last thursday and on sunday took my measurements so i could save track of that instead of my weight. My partner said he have already noticed a shipment loss on monday so i took my measurements again and overnight i had lost 4 inches (10cm) bad my bust, 1 inch off my waist and 2.5 inches sour my hips....All overnight! Is this normal? What happen?
