How can i cope beside have Epilepsy?
I own complex partial seizures. Because of this, i enjoy horrible headaches, verbs spells, halluciations, and short term memory loss. I cannot afford my medication, and i cannot preserve a job long plenty so that i can afford my medication.
I am married, and since my husband works, i do not qualify for state insurance.
I really dont know what to do anymore. I cant get a drivers liscence because of my verbs spells. None of my friends understand what Epilepsy is, and i cant afford my tablets.
I have tried to take a job so that i can afford my tablets, but because of my headaches, memory problems, and staring spells, the brief doesnt last long.
I live contained by a very small town, at hand are no support groups, etc. I feel so alone.
How can i cope next to having Epilepsy?
Answers: wow i touch a lot similar to you. i have have secondary generalized tonic clonic epilepsy for over 10 years (i am also 25) and i know how you grain. may i ask what medication you are on? an illness is not something you enjoy, it's another way of self. just try to explain to empire what you have and what might crop up, then permit them cope. as for the insurance problem maybe you could make conversation to the governor's office to explain your problem. i have to do that for a central stressed out system problem i have, and they give me a medical emergency card. it took awhile, though because the government be involved.
