4 inches overnight member 2?
The diet i've used isn't really that amazing, i've cut my Calories to around 1000 per day, started drinking 3 litres of dampen a day, taking 1 "lubricant blaster" tablet half hour until that time dinner, doing 30 mins cardio (walk or cycle), 75 crunches and 50 bicep curls with a 5kg dumbell every time. Anyone with anything that i could attach to this?
Answers: Well, it sound's like the diet is working? it's a flawless diet, specially drinking water, stop taking diet pills, doesn't' look resembling u need them any more. Check next to your Dr. as well.
