Can too much soda create insomnia?
Answers: Of course ..It can do so cause it contains caffeine which is cns stimulant..."Central Nervous System Stimulants.."
Then..By logic..It can result in insomnia..
I am not used to drink soda..But if i should do so.."If at hand was a participant or we were invited to a dinner..usually..There will be soda..So i ask a cup to make the addition of the soda drink..Then i add partly a lemon to it..a let it for 5-10 minutes..as it absorbes soda..As i know..)
BUT at like peas in a pod time soda can cause osteoporisis..Which mode that your bones will be fragile and can be broken easily
So embezzle care of your self..AND don't drink too much soda as possible..

You bet your life it will. Most sodas or pop contain profusely of caffeine. The same stuff that coffee has. And caffeine is fatal to most people when it comes to trying to sleep.
