Undoubtedly it is aborbing it but you need it every day as your body eliminate whatever it does not require every day. As the B vitamins (with the exception of vitamin B12) are river soluble your water often shows a washed out colour and this might perhaps give some ethnic group the false impression that their bodies are rejecting vitamin B and that it is all going to spend in dribs and drabs.
Vitamin B12 can actually be stored by our bodies but all the other B vitamins can't.
How behind time is too belated to sleep surrounded by??
Vitamin B complex vitamins are hose soluble. This doesn't mean you don't absorb them, but they aren't stored contained by the body. Vitamins A, D, E, and K are the fat soluble vitamins and they are stored in the body.
A vitamin B 12 not as much as can be due to pernicious anemia - which is caused from lack of the intrisnsic fator within the intestines that must be present to be able to absorb it from taking it within food. But they can usually give someone a B 12 injection and it works fine.
