What happen to me?
yesterday, while i was riding contained by my car (not driving), out of nowhere, i got this fear-provoking intense feeling.
i felt that sensation of nervousness/embarrassment where on earth your entire body kind of heats up, and jolts through your limb, except the feeling was more or less a hundred times worse.
i felt like i couldn't breathe, similar to i was too panicked to even remember how.
i didn't achieve dizzy, but rather, i felt lightheaded, and everything i be looking at felt like it be far away. and my limbs just open-handed of felt numb and detached.
was this a madness attack, or something else?

Answers: Hi, it sounds like a panic attack to me. (I've have them for 20 years now.)
HOWEVER, you should not self-diagnose. (Or let those out contained by Yahoo-land diagnose you either.)
Tell your physician what happened. It'd be fitting to rule out low blood sugar, or high blood sugar, high blood pressure, a thyroid disorder or any actual physical vigour issues.
If it turns out to panic attacks...have heart. I mentioned I have them for 20 years. What I didn't mention is that when I first had them, they occured 10-20 per day! I'm down to 1-3 times per year. So you can overcome them.
1. Think of it approaching surfing. The panic is a wave that comes and if you punch-up it, you're going under. Just surf it. You know what it is, you know what will happen and nought bad will occur. It's merely a physical manifestation of emotions. You will not pass out. You will not lose control. You will perceive like crap for a bit but soon, you will not feel similar to crap. I won't say you'll feel fitting..you just won't be panicky.
2. Get yourself a device called a Peak Flow Meter. Asthmatics use it. You can win them at the pharmacy and it measures how well you are breathing out. So when you don't feel panicky..check your breath a few times. If you are customarily blowing out about 390, check it when you are panicking. If you're still blowing in the vicinity 390, it's a concrete sign you CAN breath. You may feel like you can't, but you hold phsyical proof you are. I always found it comforting when I felt resembling I couldn't breath but I proved to myself with this little plastic thing that I could.
3. Talk analysis is very helpful. You might stipulation it for 4 weeks or 4 years but it does work. It puts you in control of being ok near being out of control.
4. Get reasonably. Even 5 minutes a day in a slightly place just breathing and paying attention to your breathing can help out relax you enough so that your attacks start to subside.
5. Ask for help. I didn't report to people about my hysterics attacks for a very long time. Then one day I be far from home, started to have an attack in a store (I be certain I was going to die) and purely turned to the woman next to me in flash and said "I think I'm having a frenzy attack". She couldn't have been nicer. Her sister have them and she talked to me until I relaxed. You'd be suprised how many ethnic group have had experience next to panic attacks.

It definitely sounds similar to a panic attack.

Or SHOULD you be stressed about something, and suppressing it so that it may have emerge at that moment?
It is also possible for panic attacks to happen minus reason. Especially in your impulsive 20's. They are nothing to worry more or less unless they become frequent and start to impair your daily functioning.

Yes most likely it be a panic/anxiety attack. I have a long history of them. You just involve to stay calm when it happens. Don't start thinking something is seriously wrong or it will generate it worse. Alot of the time, I lay on a cold floor til it passes. If it continues to happen, have a word to your doctor. There isn't much you can do about them, except cut out some of the thingd that give you anxiety. Sounds approaching a panic attack. I got one once out of no where on earth. It felt like adjectives of a sudden something bad was going to start, like An earthquake. Sometimes though if u are dehydrated u're lungs don't function properly, thus u can't breathe properly, and after u're brain won't function to well either.

Sounds approaching a panic attack or an anxiety attack. I have have those before, and my heart started racing and I experienced what you said contained by your question. It only happen to me maybe 1 time a year and I never went to the Dr. or get meds for it. My neighbor had that though and it ended up self high blood pressure. It sure sounds like a frenzy attack. Tell your doc. I have panic attacks to for nearly the last 8 years. Still have them but in a minute I know when one is about to hit and I can breathe through them and be calm! Staying cool and deep breathing is very substantial!
Blood pressure going higher all of a sudden? doubt it if your contained by a good shape, could be woman problem, you know.. that time of the month, doubt that as-well, refrain from driving and see the doctors I'm surrounded by med school, becoming a neurosurgeon. It may have be vertigo, your symptoms sound like it. I would aim your doctor if I were you. He may have something that can minister to.

I think it be a panic attack because i have a freind that get those alot and she said they are terrible fealings and she kinda described it like you did I don't know but within some cultures, they would say a ghost be in your midst (spirit) but I don't know what I am talking give or take a few. I have never experience that. sorry
maybe its an instinct describing you that something bad might happen or you saw something that reminded you of a really desperate and frighting event that happened previously in your time. :You're stressed, I've had those moments when I was surrounded by the military. Not so often now that I'm out. Its almost resembling your heart skips a beat or stops beating for a sec.

Sounds like Hot Flashes. But you're young.kinda abnormal. Maybe ur a drug addict. Don't do drugs.
where u on bitter? IDK, but it sounds serious. Talk 2 ur doctor, stat! It might have been something insecure.

i think its ur brain and nerves. u might wanna go see a neurologist. like peas in a pod thing happened to me, and im just 15 years old and i am in terrifically good shape.
i started having hysterics attacks when i was at a track meet, and sort of matching thing happened when i have them, but the exact same thing happened the one time while i be at the doctors but he didnt really have an explanation for it.. i know mine is either asthma or anxiety problems..
i know my answer doesnt really make a contribution you a good answer to your question, but i know your probobly panicky about it, because i was.. i still am
