Answers: Try to shake the hose out, i know it sounds weird but it really does work! I use it everytime i get dampen in my ear!

If you freshly took a shower/went swimming, you can use a half rubbing alcohol/ half sea solution to get it out. If it has be in there for a while (given your symptoms it seem like it has), and is causing you discomfort, you should probably see a doctor, as it could be infected.
