Answers: I had Sciatica which is really common . Nothing helped and it get worse and worse.
got it at work lifting 80lbs amplifiers over and over.
It got to the point be I had numb toes and thigh on that side.
NOTHING helped .
I could not even procure in the car or stride in the store - I swear !!
Was flet on my back for 10 days and no sleep for 10 days - the twinge was that bad,
Went to ER room and they give me a steroid injection and tablet steroids. Was a ton better in a week and good to turn after 3.
Watch for the " numbness " signs in your legs and feet as it might be Sciatica.
Take ibuprofen. Buy you an rime pack and apply the ice for 20 minutes every 2 hours while awake.Do not apply heat to an injury during the first 48 to 72 hours. Heat increases blood flow to the artificial area, which can worsen the swelling and pain. At bedtime, place a pillow below the area to support and raise it. Avoid using a strained muscle while it is still aching. if the ice pack doesnt help for the subsequent day or two, get it looked at from a doctor...
i kinda did indistinguishable thing just it be my knee that was hurt, and i thought i be just a pinched nerve but it come out to be worse than just that...so keep doin what your doin, pocket pain meds and dont get freezer burn from the rime pack, i've seen that happen passageway too many times...
