Answers: Go to the store and purachse a netti pott (link below). its basically a small teapot near solution you mix with water and later put it through your nasal passages. Easiest way to describe it is u will poor the fluid in one nostril and it will come out the other. Its very unexpected and first and I hated doing it, but I have a LOT of sinus issues, pressure build up and headache, and this REALLY does work. Good Luck!
PS When your pooring the solution basically bend over your sink and stare directly at the basin. Then adjectives you have to do is tilt your head, almost as if you would tipping your commander in the water for nouns. That way it only go through your nasal passages and not down your throat

I would lean forward a little more over the sink, but at times the saline solution drips a wee bit down your throat, I have the same problem and in actuality just test around and you will find a position that works for you Here contained by South Texas it is all about sinus problems, surrounded by fact I have like problem. Sometimes this helps out quite a bit. Gentle Vapors by vicks.a few treatments at hours of darkness will do the trick.
