Answers: Sorry lost me on this one. Who sent you for the x-ray? My experience, my Physician, Consultant sends me for a x-ray. With my Physician he writes, I receive a appointment, I arrive have the x-ray taken and the report is automatically sent to my Physician. My Consultant, if he is still in out-patients I return beside the film to him, if not, when he subsequent sees me he has the motion picture in my medical file. I own never had to go and ask for a report to be sent to anyone. X-rays are taken by the technician and are usually first see by the Consultant Radiologist, who reports on them, dictates and then that dictation is typed up and sent to the person who ordered the x-ray. On the one experience where I had a second view, I had to take a memorandum from the second Consultant to the X-ray department and sign out my x-ray file, take it to the City Hospital and next bring the x-rays back with me and sign them fund in. That is unacceptable behavior on his chunk. Inexcusable. I certainly can understand why you would touch intimidated, anyone would.
I think you should file a complaint beside the customer service department at the hospital. If it is a free standing clinic you can find out what hospital its affiliated with and file one here, ask to talk to the manager at the clinic and/or let somebody know your doctor. Between your complaint and a nice letter from your doctor explaining why he will not refer any more patients if that place doesn't get its accomplishment together, I suspect someone will have a little "talk" (foot applied to butt) to that tech and he will modify his attitude.
