"First-time" sufferer of hindmost stomach-ache. Help? What can a chiropractor do for me?

I've haven't really had problems with vertebrae pain, but lately I've been getting closely of pain in my lower wager on. Now I never really had this problem ever, but I am worried about it. I want to relieve the misery, but I also want to correct my back overtime. I've started a light exercise regimen next to a good stretching regimen in the morning and beforehand bed. Do any of you have any tips or suggestions of what I should do? Is a chiropractor a good choice? What can he/she do for me?

I other rouse up at 4AM?

Answers:    A chiropractor can actually be your best friend -or- your worst enemy...depending on who you choose. You could shutting down up feeling much better, but on the flipside you could leave idea worse if they crack something wrong. And if you leave feeling duplicate as before you just dried up money. I would recommend seeing your primary care physician and go next to their recommendation. A chiropractor could be something to consider, although I believe physical therapy could be far more beneficial. A spasm management clinic can refer you to a physical therapist who can abet you work on posture and stretching, etc. Most of the exercises they have you do hurt like hell surrounded by the beginning but definetly pay bad in the end.
