This can only come from years of working out. I have be lifting religiously for about 3 years and only just this minute have I been competent to BEGIN "bouncing" my pecs.
You shouldn't just focus on your pecs, either. Doing this will explanation a severe imbalance in your musculature and result surrounded by bad posture and injury.
I'd suggest going to T-nation.com or another lifting site and start from the beginning if you're really serious roughly speaking gaining muscle.
