I donated blood on Sunday at the Hurricane Madness drive. I have donated many times past and have never had a problem except conceivably a little dizziness that was cured near some apple juice. I felt fine at first later a few hours later I started getting dizzy and I felt considerate of nauseous. I ate good foods and drank plenty of fluids formerly and after. Last night (Monday) I passed out in the shower, and not in recent times fainted either. I hit my herald on the tub hard enough to bruise my cheek. My boyfriend said I be in the shower over an hour, but all I get done was washing my quill so I'm guessing I was out for at least 45 min, probably longer. I be so tired afterwards. What could have caused this?

Vitals at time of donation be: bp 93/54 and pulse 77
I weigh 130lbs so I'm not real close to the cutoff weight

yesterday afternoon I have my bp checked and it was 90/51 pulse 82

Should I be concerned give or take a few frequent lightheadedness?
