My pup be hit by a sports car!?

My four year old pomeranian was only hit by a car. My dad was home when it happen, but the driver drove off and so we don't know what exactly happened.
Only his front vanished paw was hit; there is a 3 inch patch where on earth the hair has be torn off and it's raw and slightly bloody. When I touch his shoulder and upper leg, he doesn't take action, but when I try to touch the paw he flinches. When I came home he apparently ran down the steps to greet me. He is walking around on adjectives three legs and seems to be getting by fine.
He's also obviously tired and fell asleep contained by my arms within two seconds (which he RARELY does) The closest 24 hour vet hospital is 2 hours away, so I'm going to own to wait for the vet tomorrow.
What can I do in the tight-fisted time? I didn't want to wash it because I wouldn't want to risk touching an area that's possibly broke. I'm afraid he's contained by shock because of his lethargy. Should I elevate his hindlegs just contained by case?

Weird nouns and hunch contained by my skipper?!?!?

Answers:    I'm sorry to hear about that. As a pet owner I know how frightening it can be when something happen to your pets.

I know you're not being cruel/inhumane but not taking him to the vet, however, even though you're a "poor college girl", it's your responsibility to your pet to get him proper strictness. If you cannot afford that then you shouldn't have a pet contained by the first place. That dog HAS TO GO TO A VET.

If anything's broken and not fixed in time he'll walk next to a permanent limp for the rest of his go. More pressing, shock can be lethal to a dog as small as a pomeranian. And if the wound goes untreated/unwashed he risks an infection, which could also massacre him eventually.

All of these things should be taken care of by a vet. You can't ease his anguish by putting him on fluffy blankets or whatnot. As his owner you are obligated to provide him with professional care. I don't carefulness how much I have to pay: if any of my animals so much as sneeze one time too frequent I take them straight to the vet and even if the surgery costs hundreds of euros (I'm from the Netherlands) I will pay it because I took on adjectives of my pets with the knowledge that I am solely responsible for their vigour and happiness.

I really hope you get some sustain for your pup because this experience must have been a fearful shock for the both of you. Ask your father for money and a two hour drive is no excuse to not take your dog to see a vet: his health should not be overruled by "inconvenience". Put the welfare of your pet first.

I rolled my ankle really fruitless yesterday. How much would an x-ray cost?

Awww, I"m so sorry this happen!! I think you might want to dip the paw in some hose with some antiseptic in it; even some saline. It's important to get it verbs. You could place the pup on an old towel and poor warm saline water over the paw.

As far as shock, just preserve him warm and make sure he can draw from at his water dish.

I am no vet so please take that into consideration; it's merely what I would probably do..

Can fireworks put to death you?

get him to el veto uhh muy fasto... seriously.
he really fell asleep like that... thats fu^c*ing terrifying...
