might as well just get hold of up and start your day early. If you attempt to sleep presently you will fell awful when you do have to get up. So do the ironing, verbs your shoes, tidy the house, prepare a great dinner for when you get home tonight, or even go and do your shopping contained by a 24hour supermarket!
Tonight, DON'T go to bed too early; DON'T enjoy coffee or booze before you go to bed, DON'T study violent films on TV. DO have a heat milky drink [hot choc is good], DO wind down by reading or listening to music [not rap or hiphop - soothing stuff], DO own a bath.

why cant you sleep? are you anxious? enjoy you had alot of caffiene? (eg coffee, red bull or chocolate)? have you have too much to drink?
try to relax, what I do when I cant sleep is just rest in my bed, that agency I figure, at least my body get to rest even if my head doesnt, this can make a difference, and repeatedly I will fall asleep shortly after this.

The best thing to do if you can't sleep is to get stale the computer, turn off the telley, and make sure you don't own any distractions. If I were you I would drink some hot choco and get into bed next to a really boring book. Or take a bath. Good luck :D Not really a proper interrogate.

maybe you sleep early that's why you woke up untimely try to think deeply. Try to regard as that you alone in the middle of nowhere, maybe you perceive sleepy two things if you want to sleep try taking some sleeping pills or if you don't want to sleep try drinking lots and lots of coffee and have some energy drink (v, red bull) or some strength tablets No dos.

call in sick and after get some nyquill (not sure of spelling). itll make you sleep for 7-10 hours. if you cant do that attain you a 5-hour energy shot, they work amazing Do some exercise.
