Help sleeping!?

i can fall asleep with no problems, however, every single darkness i wake up at leat three times during the night. Each time i wake up up, it takes me a very long time to stumble back asleep, usually 45 minutes to an hour. When I wake up surrounded by the morning, I am very tires from my lack of sleep, and usually spill out asleep during classes at school. I can't help wake up, what am i supposed to do?

Can the issue removed during the mid of 5ft week?



Answers:    ok you need to sleep in complete shade
this means turning off alll lights
and tvs and moniters.

do not crash asleep with music on
this inhibits your rem cycle and will make it to where on earth
you cant sleep well.

exercise at night and you will own a better nights sleep.
plus youll be healthier

also try
massage your scalp a tad bit and your temples while laying surrounded by bed before sleeping. it will relax you.
