Answers: Have a cup of iced tea, the caffeine in it will wake you up and the sugar will make available you a little more energy than you enjoy now. Eat a starchy food or fruit to increase your energy also. Don't drink caffeine too close to bedtime or you won't sleep tonight.

I do get headaches from not sleeping plenty. That happens because you didn't get plenty rest and you're still tired.
umm...tips.
FOR SLEEPING BETTER:
1) it helps not to have caffeine right until that time you sleep *coffee, soda, etc.*
2) don't be too active before you sleep, resembling run around or constantly move fast.
3) drink something warm and soothing until that time you sleep..milk helps most.

well if ur not sleeping well simply go to bed around 8 or 7pm. take some prescription. read some. talk to a friend on the phone. watch tv. or hold a nap. just dont go and get to active. that'll cause u to grasp stressed and tired!! so that's sorta my advice. hope it helps!
P.S. if it doesn't work run see a doctor!! go to sleep late and stir up early and take medecine close to ibuprofen every 6 hours
