I do not get this pain, but my friend does. And he's also wondered nearly this question. We come to determine that it is numbness in the foot. More than plausible caused by no blood going to that area. I cannot however determine if this is cruel or nothing to worry just about. So just to be safe check beside a local doctor and see if he has anything else to say roughly speaking it.
