Did I Hyperextend my Shoulder? And what can i do if i did?

I was doing some fumble recovery drills for HSPD(High School Player Development) Camp for football and as I dove for the globe i slipped on some mud and landed directly on my right arm and my body lifted up pretty a bit putting all my weight on my shoulder. I weigh nearly 230 so yeah. Now it hurts to move it at all and i have markedly little motion capabilities with that arm. When i do move it in attendance is a very sharp intense pain contained by the shoulder area. Is it hyperextended? What should i do?

Ive be have pains on the right side of my stomach my boyfriend say im pregnant and ive be doing to much

Answers:    A hyperextension injury is when the arm is pulled back. It's similar to the motion a pitcher does in his wind up. From your description, I would suspect an acromio-clavicular communal injury (commonly referred to as a shoulder seperation) or a rotator cuff injury. Did you report this injury to the coach or director? Do they have medical care available. If so, later you definitely need to be examined by a sports medication physician or an orthopedic surgeon.
