i have sprained my middle finger (rude finger) but ever since i have be able to pop it out of its joint and fund in without cramp?

I suggest you go see your doctor and have him check for muscle and courage damage if dislocating the joint does not hurt. I am not a doctor but that does not nouns right for a knuckle in your finger to be that unstable or loose. You might have lost the fancy in your hand as it should hurt intensely when you're manipulate your joint out of place. Stop shifting the knuckle inconsistent as you could cause severe damage to the ligament and put your finger surrounded by a brace until your doctor's appointment.
I am doubled jointed and it means my joints can bend forward as ably as backward but it is caused by a missing connect in family inheritance,not something you can self-create. Get that finger checked out and be grateful that you are not double jointed as it is a very painful reciprocated disorder.
