Aleve is an anti-inflammatory, a short time ago like ibuprofen. So if you had an allergic hypersensitivity to ibuprofen, you could also have one with Aleve. I'd suggest trying Tylenol instead. It doesn't hold any interaction with Ativan. Good luck! it's fine, i do this as well..
