i feel that my life is sleeping away, i cannot play ne sports because of this & Sports is the merely source of entertainment for me.

Who said you are not normal ? You are absolutely majority like us. There are other areas of entertainments where on earth you can participate and live cheerfully and happily. Walking or Swimming are allowed but not running/jogging. Consult your Doctor and I sincerely aspiration you all the best.
