I have been going to the chiropractor and he have been doing the laser on my back. it seem to be helping but i still have the swelling in at hand and the nerve is still pinched.. so are there any other things to do that can back with my disk? plz i am so scared of surgery... i haven't lost any bladder controls so specifically a good sign...

I know some people don't believe in them, but I would see a apt chiropractor. I once had neck discomfort so bad I couldn't stand it.I went to my orthopedic Dr. he give me pain pills.but the pain be still there, I went to my reg Dr. he did nought. So I went to the Chiropractor and he helped immensely.I have to go back again an extra time, but it was almost gone by the second visit and consequently it left. Try it. you may be pleasantly suprised. They ARE bone drs you know.
