A not dangerous local anaesthetic for tennis elbow?
Will 3 hours of sleep craft a difference? or would it build it worse?
Answers: Aleve
ibuprofen (also known as motrin or advil) is probably the safest
Tennis Elbow is another name for tendinitis, which is the inflammation of tendons (in your elbow within this case). ibuprofen (as well as aleve) is an anti-inflammatory drug, so it will help near the inflammation.
although tylenol (acetaminophen) is slightly safer, and still helps with the dull pain, it is not anti-inflammatory, so it won't help as much.
and I'm sure you know the only route your elbow gets better is through rest, and by doing exercises to strengthen it afterwords.
Possibly a broken tailbone? assistance?!?
advil
