Answers: I would assume that to me, dip would be worse.
They are both impossible. But I think smoking is worse. Because not only can you take oral cancer, but smoking can also give you lung cancer.
But as far as what is nastier, dip by far. They're pretty much the same. If you know nearly cigars, you're not really supposed to inhale them so the smoke and chemicals stay in your mouth just resembling dip does.
