My plugs are itchy?
Answers: The plugs may be made of unsealed polymer clay which should not be used against the skin. If the current size hasn't changed for a year, the skin should be heal. With plugs and piercings, cleanliness keeps the skin happy. Make sure your earlobes are completely dry past re-inserting plugs--rubbing alcohol works well. Make sure the plugs themselves are clean, and if your ear lobes itch, don't chisel at or twist the plug around without really scrub your hands first. You may find glass plugs smaller number irritating. You can go to an herbal store and get a small amount of willow bark/root (ask the consultant) as a bulk herb, boil it for 5 minutes and you'll own the same active ingredient as surrounded by aspirin--as a compounded prescription, salycilic acid is used to treat excessively sweaty hands and palms. Don't buy any capsule as they will be expensive. This will treat the sweaty part, but I'm guessing the sweating is new, so look for what else you've changed not long. Last suggestion is to keep your hair up, backbone, away from the plugs. Hope one of these helps.
itching is normal for remedial skin.
