How is the Ear artificial by deafness?
Answers: Well it depends on the type of deafness.
You can have conductive deafness where the conduction of nouns waves cannot get through to the inner ear. Say for example in that is a large build up of wax in the outer ear waterway this would cause conductive deafness.
Congenital deafness is where the character is born deaf. Here there is some sort of problem with the inner ear. any the cochlea or the little bones that transmit the sound waves to the cohclea which is where on earth the sounds are converted into nerve impulses that travel to the brain.
There is also aquired deafness. This can be due to spoil and trauma to the parts of the ear for instance a burst ear drum. or even an inner ear infection. do you notice when you have a cold and achieve all stuffy your hearing go a little dull. this is because your nose and ears are connected by for a while tube. if you get a serious ear infection it would be like that but much worse. some other examples. maybe a brain tumour. certain drugs can also give deafness.

There are many unique reason for deafness and each one will affect the ear slightly differently. But i hope this clarifies a few things.
basically, when you are deaf, your ear isn't working properly, becuase its not discussion in sound.
