It's all over his face, but predominately on his forehead, cheeks and snout. They don't appear to be bothering him, but they are extremely bothersome to me since he's had them for over a week. The ones on the forehead are not inflamed, itchy nor filled next to pus. Several of those on the left cheek looks inflamed, but without pus. Someone told me that they could be rural sweat glands and to leave them alone. Could it be acne or something else? Anyone else with similar problem and possible treatment. By the agency, he hasn't had any new food, lotions, detergents, etc. I did apply some Mustela sunscreen on him not long, but he's used that in the past short any allergic reactions. Any advise is enormously much appreciated. Thanks!

i freaked out when i nephew had it but its zilch serious trust me! just aply lotion and/or baby grease and wash him/her every day (put on lotion/baby grease on after) that will most likely clear it up but it may take up to 2 months to move about away.. if it takes longer ask a dr. =] ok are if they are itchy if soo it might be exhume dont know if i spelled it right here ill nouns it out for u..{ x ah ma} ask the doctor and if it dont get better soon go to the doctor.. im 15 soo dont know much hope this help

Try putting a small dab of Dial (with the antibacterial) on a heat, damp wash cloth and rinse his face 2 to 3 times a day for the subsequent several days (don't rinse it off). If it's a simple breakout (which can be caused by any number of things such as sweating or just have a slightly dirty face), you should see it start to clear up within a day or two but it could help yourself to as long as a week before it's completely cleared.

And don't put anything else on his face - basically the Dial on a damp, warm clear up cloth.
