ok so for the past 3 days i have be experiencing fatique, shortness of breath, and heart palpations.
Its hard for me to sleep cause i maintain waking up gasping for breath.

Now the thing is, for olden times couple o weeks, ive been drinking nothing but rime t, coffee, and a little soda at work.
Could this be the cause of my problems.

Also, lying on these symptoms i have a cold, so the cold could be causing my fatique and tiredness.
By the route im 15.

Answers:    caffeine can definitely cause heart palpitations...as for the sob and "gasping for breath"...that would be something else. Depending on how severe your cold is, I would check this out near your dr. If nothing else just to brand sure it's nothing and so he can help you win over this "cold" and you can get some sleep.
