Answers:    One way is obviously sunscreen. Another is to use lightweight clothes and a large-brimmed headdress. My mom has 'sun sensitivity' (more than 20 mins in the sun and she breaks out surrounded by heavy hives), and there is a website that she buys clothes from that are long sleeved or are pant that are extremely lightweight so she can be in the sun longer than if she didn't wear them.
